So much for the 5 Year Plan

Steve Fulop, in an interview, told Jersey City Independent he is on board with major educational reforms Republican Gov. Chris Christie is pushing, and said he is personally a "big believer" in changing teacher tenure policy and promoting charter schools, things Christie likes but are mostly anathema to the JCEA's parent union, the New Jersey Education Association.
